1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

• Products were received damaged or defective
• The wrong item was shipped
• Refund is requested within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

2. No Returns On:

• Opened or tampered products
• Any items exposed to ambient temperature beyond handling recommendations

3. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed. After this point, all sales are final.
